4 Star B&B Scottish Tourist Board Most Major Credit and Debit Cards Accepted AA 4 Diamond Guest Accommodation

Welcome to our family home. We are on the quiet main street of Creetown, where we hope you will find a "home from home". Our house was built in 1746 - a year after Bonnie Prince Charlie failed to win his Crown - and is believed to be the second oldest in the village. Our home has been sympathetically looked after, providing modern comfort whilst retaining its character. Chrerytrees has full central heating to all rooms and a large open fire in the lounge, where you are welcome to sit and relax. We invite you to stay with us, to discover that our standards are "More a small Country House Hotel than a B&B".
Such is the quality of accommodation and hospitality provided, not only are we Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star, but we are also AA 4 Diamond quality.

Call or fax us on (0)1671 820229 to book or for more information. Or e-mail .

There are hundreds of miles of quiet roads and off-road cycle routes, in the nearby Galloway Forest. Off-street parking is available for your car or motor-bike. Local Attractions ...
There are numerous local walks, including those on the Cairnsmore Hills behind the village. Golf is available at the local courses, with discounted rates at our ''home course'' of Newton Stewart, just 5 miles away. The world-famous Creetown Gem Rock Museum and Creetown Heritage Centre are both within a few minutes' walk of ''Cherrytrees''.

Directions ...
Creetown is just inland of the A75 Euroroute between Gretna and Stranraer, about 5 miles east of Newton Stewart and some 40 miles west of Dumfries. Take the turning off the A75 into Creetown, following it until you reach the town. ''Cherrytrees'' is about halfway along St. John Street (the main street) and is well signed.

We are also on the NR7 National Cycle Way.
