18^th January 2001 : The Plumed Horse Has Been Awarded A Michelin Star.

We have been fortunate enough that food writers (or is it the editors) have finally realised what a well kept secret lurks in Dumfries & Galloway.

6^th February 2001 : Two Reviews of the Plumed Horse :

The Saturday Herald (10^th February 2001) a review by Sarah Villiers and the Sunday Herald (11^th February 2001) has a review from Joanna Blythman.

The Herald has not told us what the content of the reviews are however they have asked us to comment on the fact that we have achieved the highest food rating ever given by the paper to any premises.
