The house is tastefully decorated throughout, offering visitors accommodation in two Double and one Twin Bedrooms upstairs and one Twin roomed down floor Bedroom. Private facilities are available. A traditional Scottish breakfast is served.

Waterside is well known in the area for its Peacocks, there are also Geese, Ducks, Hens (eggs fresh for your breakfast), two Donkeys, a Dog and a Cat. For this reason we regret that we cannot accommodate any pets. A NO SMOKING rule also has to be kept to.

Easter - End October : Bed and Breakfast (per person) : £ 23.00. Bed and Breakfast (per person) with private facilities) : £ 25.00. Bed and Breakfast (Single) : £ 25.00.

Ground Floor : Cottage Floor Plan
The entrance opens into the fully fitted kitchen with washer/drier, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent. To the left is a double bedroom with ensuite toilet, shower and vanity basin. An open staircase leads to the upper floor.

First Floor :
There is a comfortable sitting-room with colour TV and good views across the river to the distant hillside. Off this area is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

PETS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A NO SMOKING RULE HAS ALSO TO BE KEPT TO.

Self-Catering Tariff : January - December :

Bed linen and towels and use of the gardens and woodland are included. Electricity is extra and must be paid for on the day of departure.
There is a £ 50.00 non-refundable deposit payable for each week reserved. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of the reserved date(s).

Directions :
On leaving the Motorway at Junction 15, take the signs at the roundabout for Moffat under the Motorway and continue through the second roundabout towards Moffat. Once in Moffat, take the turning on the south side of the High Street square into Holm Road and the A708 towards Selkirk. Continue for 3 miles from Moffat up Moffat Dale and Waterside will be on the right.
