Queensberry House is a Listed Victorian town house in a quiet conservation area in Moffat. A four-star Scottish Tourist Board establishment, demonstrating the high standard of this family-run Bed and Breakfast. Accommodation comprises three double rooms, all with en suite facilities.

A comfortable guest lounge with television is available to visitors. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and supplies of toiletries. Packed lunches supplied by arrangement the previous evening. Ground floor rooms - excellent for those with mobility needs.

Although we do not offer Evening Meals, there are a range of excellent restaurants, hotels and cafés within five minutes' walk on the High Street.

Moffat is an attractive Borders spa town within easy reach of the beautiful Solway coast and Edinburgh. The town offers many facilities such as an attractive park, many shops, hotels and restaurants. Nearby sporting facilities cater for golf, bowls and tennis, the surrounding countryside is excellent for walkers. Moffat has won the Britain in Bloom award.

Directions : Travel up through the High Street until you see the school (Moffat Academy) on the right. Take the next right turn into Beechgrove and Queensberry House is the 12^th house along, on the right. It is just 10 minutes' walk from the Tourist Office.
