Welcome to Nine Oaks Bed & Breakfast...Nine Oaks is a spacious bungalow situated in the heart of Moffat town centre within three acres of land surrounded by nine fine oak trees. Nine Oaks is a difference to the 'norm' with stunning views and exceptional peace and tranquillity. We are highly recommended, our personal attention ensuring that you will enjoy your stay. Thank you for taking time to visit our page and do not hesitate to contact us. Accommodation...There are two double bedrooms, one en-suite and one with a private bathroom, also one single room sharing the private bathroom. The single room is only bookable for party of three, with a double occupied. All rooms are provided with tea and coffee making facilities. Prices per night : £ 19.00 per person (double occupancy). Single occupancy £ 20 per person. Call us for further details.
The dining room seats six people and you certainly won't go hungry. We offer you choices from Continental to Full Scottish breakfast. We can also cater for special dietary needs. You can relax in our spacious lounge in the evening, enjoying the panorama of the view of the River Annan and the hills around Moffat.
... And about Moffat...Moffat is an ideal base for touring the picturesque areas of Dumfries and Galloway and the Borders, in particular St. Mary's Loch and Burns country. Moffat has been enjoyed by visitors for many years and a warm and friendly welcome awaits our guests, both old and new. Attractions available locally include river fishing in the Annan and Moffat, loch trout fishing, pony trekking, a bowling green, tennis courts and a sports centre. Country walks of all kinds are available, whilst the Southern Upland Way's most scenic parts are near the town. For the golfer, the upland course at Moffat Golf Club offers visitors good playing and panoramic views. The tree-lined wide High Street of the former Spa Town has a good selection of speciality shops, pubs, hotels, restaurants, a garden centre and a museum. Station Park has a boating pond, putting greens and the 'Moffatasia' water play centre for children. All this set amongst the flowers that have made the town a frequent winner in Britain in Bloom competitions. |

Directions : Moffat is very easy to find from the M74 exit at Junction 15. Just follow the signs under the Motorway and within less than 5 minutes you will be in the town. From the High Street turn left into Mearsdale Park, Nine Oaks is situated at the top of Mearsdale Park at the junction with Reid Street. Click on the Map to the left for a larger map of the location of Nineoaks in Moffat. Nine Oaks provides private off road parking for your car. |
