The busy Tourist town of Moffat has won the Best Kept Small Town category of the Scotland in Bloom competition and is an excellent place at which to base yourself to visit the many attractions in the area. There are more Historic/Stately homes locally than in any other area of Britain.

Where you may find at other places that you have to travel many miles on the same road every day to find places to visit, there are numerous routes out of Moffat.

Enter Moffat from the M.74 and drive up into the Town of Moffat. Continue through the High Street, past The Ram Statue. Approximately 200 yds. further on the right-hand side, Hazel Bank sits just past the Mini Market. Ample parking is available on the road.
