Lyndsay J. Clark ...Lyndsay is a native of Galloway who has returned to live and work in Kippford, near Dalbeattie after studying at the Glasgow School of Art. She was the first woman to qualify in Building Technology at Dumfries & Galloway College of Technology. Mrs. Clark worked in the Building Industry for 18 years, being involved in all aspects of design and build, in many projects. She set up her own consultancy in October 2000 and continues to work on new homes, extensions, alterations and the renovation to dwelling houses and offices of derelict buildings. |

Coming to Gibb House ...From Dumfries, take the A711 to Dalbeattie. Once through the town at the junction beyond the Parish Church (with steeple) turn left down the A710 coast road to Kippford. After about 5 miles take the right turn uphill for Kippford. Just after cresting the hill turn right into the lane for Gibb Hill, then fork right after a hundred years for Gibb House. Park in front of Gibb House. The office is at the right side of the building. |
