BOTEX Cranes/Loaders :

These specially designed forestry cranes and loaders are manufactured by Wilsons in our own factory using only high quality reliable components.

Over 500 have been sold since 1988. Our direct-sale policy means that no other heavy lifting cranes can compete with the Botex price structure.

Protection guards are fitted to the centre boom and main lift rams on all loader models. All steel pipes are individually mounted in saddles (not clipped and welded on boom) and are protected by side steel plate guards. This allows for easy access and maintenance. All hoses are 3/8 double braided with standard BSP fittings.

The racks, pinion and king post all run continuously immersed in oil to give a longer life and minimum maintenance. The slewing rams are fitted with line pressure relief valves for smooth operation and to avoid excessive overloading and damage to hoses. Line pressure relief valves are also fitted to the main left and centre booms rams to protect them from overloading. A hydraulic crane damper system is available as an option for regular heavy lifting operations.

All hydraulic rams, boom joints and the king post are fitted with replaceable bushes. Both tractor and trailer mounting loaders are available.
