A traditional stone cottage in the small village of St Johns Town of Dalry. The cottage has been fully modernised recently and provides an excellent, comfortable snug base for a holiday. Dalry is a most attractive village with superb views across the upper valley of the River Ken. It is located on the Southern Upland Way and is an ideal base for hill walking, sight seeing or one of the many country pursuits available locally.

The Clachan Cottage is situated just yards from the Clachan Inn. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Inn offers a well-stocked bar and excellent menus, cosy open fires and good hospitality.

Directions :
Dalry is situated 16 miles north of Castle Douglas on the A713 to Ayr, which is approx. 33 miles north of Dalry. The Clachan Inn is in the main street at the crossroads by the fountain.
