We have a developed a unique business simulation, Transform^©, that accelerates culture change. We work with Government Enterprise Companies to help companies achieve the Investors in People Standard. We design and deliver exciting management development programmes. NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) forms the basis of our personal development courses; we have one of the most experienced NLP trainers in Scotland.
