Worldwide Licensees

ChangeMasters are looking for partners throughout the world who would like to use this powerful tool to accelerate corporate culture change.

The process of being awarded a license is:

1. Attend Transform in the UK as a participant. This is a two day event.
2. Two day facilitator training in UK. Licensee Transform facilitators must already be experienced training facilitators.
3. Run Transform with one of their own clients in their own country with ChangeMasters providing the lead facilitator     and the licensee facilitator assisting.
4. Licensee runs Transform with ChangeMasters assisting and observing.
5. License awarded when the quality of the licensee facilitator is assured by ChangeMasters.

The License Agreement

The main aspects of the License are:

• The license will be renewable every three years subject to quality standards being maintained.
• There will be a single payment for the license plus a royalty fee for each Transform run.
