Creating a Culture of Innovation

One of the major challenging facing organisations is in tapping into the enormous reservoir of creativity, ideas and innovation that exists right no in the minds of their people. Sadly the Culture that exists in many organisations builds a dam that blocks this reservoir.

Innov-8 is a unique programme that helps organisations create the Culture and operating environment that unblocks this reservoir and allows them to routinely tap into its people's creativity and power of innovation.

Phase 4 :- Looks at evaluating and tracking the impact and payback of Innovation on key business measures.
