ChangeMasters was formed in 1996 by Colin McGill and Mark Barker. We now have a team of consultants, trainers, psychologist and support people that come together to form projects teams. We are based in Scotland and work throughout the UK. Recently we have acquired a partner in Poland and are looking for more international contacts to use our unique corporate culture change product Transform^©. We also welcome UK consultancies who would like to use Transform with their clients.

Our aim is help our clients accelerate positive change for the organization and its people. We believe that change should be sustainable, which means people have to understand, commit to, and have the necessary skills to feel comfortable and be competent with the changes.
